Is a C shape or U shape pregnancy pillow better?

When I was almost 4 months pregnant, I started having a lot of pain in my belly and lower back. I couldn’t sleep properly and nothing felt comfortable, whether sitting or lying down. Because of the physical discomfort, I also felt mentally stressed and tired. I was really looking for something that could help me feel better.

While searching online, I found this pregnancy pillow. Before ordering, I was a bit confused and worried if it would be a waste of money. I also thought maybe it would feel too hot.

But after I received it and tried it, I honestly felt much more relaxed while sleeping. Yes, it felt a little warm and took up some extra space on the bed, but for me that was not a big problem. My back and belly pain felt less painful, and my body felt lighter. I also noticed less swelling in my legs and my hands and feet didn’t feel as cold as before.

Overall, that time became much more peaceful for me mentally. Thanks to God!
